New Project – Watling House, London

Faithdean MEP are delighted to have been appointed to carry out the MEP services upgrade at Watling House, 33 Cannon St, London, EC4M 5SB.

 

The building comprises a central communal core, three floors of office space, and a basement area. Our scope of work includes:

  • Supply and extract air volume adjustments on main ducts serving each office floor
  • Refurbishment of existing plenum boxes, grille diffusers, and linear slot grilles
  • Modifications to drainage stacks for FCU condensate connections
  • Integration with building monitoring and management systems
  • Upgrade of tenant distribution boards serving Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
  • Replacement of all floor-mounted fused connection units for FCUs
  • Enhancement of the fire detection and alarm system
  • Upgrade of lighting systems throughout the space
