This major redevelopment transformed Henrietta House through the construction of a striking new eight‑storey rear extension within the existing courtyard, seamlessly integrated with the original building to deliver over 148,000 sq ft of exceptional Cat B office accommodation. The completed scheme sets a new benchmark in workplace quality, featuring high‑specification joinery, refined finishes and a carefully curated internal environment throughout.

Designed around wellbeing, collaboration and flexibility, the building offers an extensive range of amenities, including wellness suites, a gym, multiple kitchens, presentation and meeting spaces, a servery and café, new WC and shower facilities, and an enhanced main entrance and reception.

The complexity of the build demanded extensive façade deconstruction, major structural works and the installation of a new steel frame, concrete floors, curtain walling and cladding systems, supported by tower crane operations. Sustainability underpinned the project, achieving BREEAM “Excellent” and the highly prestigious WELL “Platinum” certification.
