We’ve reimagined the buildings at Thirty One Alfred Place, transforming them into a vibrant hub of modern office space across seven floors. With 42,000 sq ft of expansive, open-plan offices designed to the highest Category A and Category B standards, this ambitious refurbishment redefines the workspace experience.

The project features striking architectural enhancements, including newly redesigned office entrances, a sleek lift overrun, and a cutting-edge rooftop plant enclosure. The seventh floor boasts an accessible terrace offering stunning views, perfect for relaxation or collaboration.

Sustainability is at the heart of the design, with a green roof at level 2 and beautifully landscaped front gardens that act as a natural green barrier along the pedestrian route. The revitalised space has earned a Silver SKA Rating, reflecting its commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly practices.

Our team delivered the project with meticulous attention to detail and care, achieving a flawless 45/45 on the Considerate Constructors Scheme, setting a new standard for construction excellence.
