This project delivered a comprehensive refurbishment and Cat A fit‑out across key areas of 20 Gresham Street, enhancing functionality, sustainability and the everyday user experience. Works were completed across seven distinct areas, including the basement, main reception and multiple office floors.
The basement was transformed into high‑quality end‑of‑trip facilities, providing new showers, lockers, secure cycle storage, plant rooms and upgraded mechanical and electrical services to support sustainable commuting. The main reception underwent a significant upgrade, introducing a bespoke architectural metal staircase alongside new acoustic ceilings, joinery and high‑quality finishes, all delivered while maintaining live building operations.
Levels three to five included a combination of strip‑out and Cat A fit‑out works, incorporating new partitions, ceilings, raised access flooring and fire barriers. WC cores across these floors were fully modernised with new sanitaryware, tiling and finishes, delivering flexible, modern workspace ready for occupation.
