The building comprises a central communal core, three floors of office space, and a basement area. Our scope of work includes:
- Supply and extract air volume adjustments on main ducts serving each office floor
- Refurbishment of existing plenum boxes, grille diffusers, and linear slot grilles
- Modifications to drainage stacks for FCU condensate connections
- Integration with building monitoring and management systems
- Upgrade of tenant distribution boards serving Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
- Replacement of all floor-mounted fused connection units for FCUs
- Enhancement of the fire detection and alarm system
- Upgrade of lighting systems throughout the space
