As one of London and the South East’s leading Principal Contractors, we specialise in delivering high-end refurbishment, fit-out and new build projects across a range of commercial and mixed-use sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, we are now looking to strengthen our team with a driven and experienced Technical Services Manager.
About the Role
As a Technical Services Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects across multiple construction projects, from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with our project teams, consultants, and subcontractors, you will ensure the successful integration of complex building services, ensuring compliance, coordination, and delivery to the highest standards.
