Our Faithdean MEP team has reached a key milestone at Maple House, successfully completing a major crane lift to install new ventilation equipment and plant on the rooftop. To carry out the lift safely the top end of Tottenham Court Road was temporarily closed. This marks a critical step in the mechanical and electrical upgrade as part of the wider refurbishment of Maple House, London W1.
