This work is part of a broader initiative to address problems with RAAC, a lightweight material used in buildings from the 1950s to 1990s. Once valued for its low cost and ease of use, RAAC is now known to degrade over time, making affected structures prone to moisture damage and sudden structural failure.
Alongside our trusted supply chain, we are delighted to be working with DTZ Investors, Hollis, gdm architects and Clancy Consulting on this key project. If you have RAAC remediation works to be undertaken, our experienced team would be happy to help.
